We care for abandoned and destitute elderly by providing shelter, healthcare, and daily support — while creating opportunities that strengthen surrounding communities through skill development and sustainable initiatives.
What began in 1994 with a simple act of compassion for an abandoned elderly individual has grown into a sustained effort to care for those left behind — providing shelter, dignity, and a sense of belonging, while gradually extending this impact across communities and borders.

Established in 1994, SHEOWS (Saint Hardyal Educational and Orphan Welfare Society) is a humanitarian organisation dedicated to supporting and protecting vulnerable individuals.
For over three decades, SHEOWS has been at the forefront of elder care — rescuing, rehabilitating, and providing shelter, medical care, and emotional support to abandoned and destitute elderly. Through an integrated approach, SHEOWS continues to restore dignity, empower communities, and create meaningful social impact.
